Spirituality is the only field where you win only when you lose :)
The more you rush, the more you get entangled, instead of becoming free.
The more you calm down, the more you progress.
As you know yourself, not by winning the race, but by withdrawing from it (i.e. Being neutral). This can only happen when you defocus and withdraw the focus of senses and just be aware. Awareness can make you observer. Only an observer can remain silent and receptive. Only receptive one will know that everything originates from the Silence and terminates within it.
Awareness separates 'I' and silence, the source of everything, dissolves 'I', to make us experience that 'I' was illusion and then springs forth 'I-I', which is not Ego, but completeness and infinite (purna vastu)
Separation comes from observation and merging into true Self.
Love is the whole thing. We are only pieces.
